Location is perfect for walking to all the nearby attractions. Valet parking was a hassle; had to wait too long to get my car. Enjoyed the live music and snacks in the lobby each evening.

The room was clean, but the bed was advertised as queen; it felt more like twin size. The AC was loud, creating a constant whining noise that disrupted sleep. USB ports didn't work, and one was ripped out. I noticed moldy areas in the shower, which detracted from comfort. The live music in the lobby was welcoming, and the pool added a nice touch. noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. Valet service was a challenge with long wait times. The breakfast was decent but lacked variety, with sausage that fell flat and eggs rated poorly.

The valet service is top-notch and makes parking a breeze. I loved having a microwave and fridge in my room, and the USB plugs are a lifesaver for charging all my devices.
The ice machines were MIA, which was a bit frustrating.

I loved that we could easily walk to all the popular venues and attractions like the Ryman Auditorium and the vibrant bars on Lower Broadway which were only a 5-10 minute stroll away and being so close to the Music City Walk of Fame Park made our weekend unforgettable and the hotel had clean and comfy rooms with a decent breakfast spread that included a pancake machine which was super cool but the front desk staff could be more helpful.

The hotel is ideally situated on Broadway, making it perfect for exploring the area. my experience was marred by an incorrect room reservation and maintenance delays. While breakfast and the lobby staff were delightful, the room issues could have been better managed.

Comfortable beds and a friendly staff made for a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast choices were fantastic, and the outdoor pool was a hit with the kids. the check-in experience fell short, with a lack of communication about our room and a faint unpleasant odor lingering inside. The carpets in the dining area felt worn and stained, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. Valery's kindness during our arrival truly stood out, making me optimistic about returning. With some improvements, this could be a truly exceptional stay next time.

Staying at a modern hotel near Music Row and the Grand Ole Opry was a dream come true for my family. We were steps away from the lively Broadway scene and enjoyed outdoor strolls at Centennial Park, feeling like we were in ancient Greece. The hotel's proximity to iconic attractions made our Nashville adventure unforgettable.
For dads it would be great to have more kid-friendly breakfast options.

Solid selection for short visits in Nashville with high value for money. Breakfast was amazing.

We arrived to a dirty room with barely any towels and no toilet paper. Attempts to reach housekeeping were pointless, and even when we finally got some help, it felt like a struggle. it was incredibly disappointing.

The staff was super friendly and gave us great tips for our trip. The breakfast was hot and tasty, with lots of options, which got us ready for a day of exploring.
It wasn't cheap, but it felt worth it.

Great location for exploring the city. Valet parking and the attentive shoe shine service stood out. Breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying. the room needs attention. An odd open area with a paint scratch caught my eye. I noticed a few bugs, which shouldn't happen in a clean establishment. One bed had dirty sheets and a sagging mattress, but the staff acted swiftly to resolve the issue. Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted the peace. The coffee maker’s limitations and lack of allergen-free food were inconvenient. Printed room instructions would enhance the experience and respect guest privacy. The final bill surprised me; hidden parking and incidental fees significantly increased costs.

clean room, clean breakfast with welcoming staff who started our day with hot coffee and a smile and a great location that allowed us to walk to the stadium for a football game and explore tons of entertainment, shopping, and food just minutes away.
No complaints from me.

The location is great with plenty of food and entertainment nearby.
We waited too long for an elevator that was out of order. The room had a musty smell and visible mold.

Close proximity to Downtown and the Bridgestone Arena make it convenient for exploring. Guest snacks from 4-7 in the lobby provide a nice extra touch for hungry travelers. The music vibe sets a fun atmosphere for your stay.
The property was filthy, with stained rugs and trash left lying around. The pool area was unusable due to its dirty condition.

Right by iconic Honky Tonk Highway and Music Row, we partied hard at the live music joints! Walking to Ryman Auditorium and exploring Centennial Park felt like a movie scene - unreal! The hotel was so modern and the location was epic for our Nashville adventure.
Dude, only gripe - wish there was a rooftop bar at the hotel for us to keep the party going after hitting up Broadway! .

It came in handy to freshen up our clothes before heading out for the day. The heating and air conditioning worked well, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. As a tea lover, it would have been nice to have the option to make a hot beverage in the room. The sitting area in the room was cozy, but the trouser press was missing, which would have been useful for keeping our clothes wrinkle-free. The lack of garden furniture was a missed opportunity, especially with a nice outdoor space available. It would have been lovely to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but the selection was limited. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety. Although the room featured an am/fm alarm clock and a flat-screen TV, the carpeted floor seemed a bit worn and could benefit from a deep cleaning. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but I noticed some areas that could use a bit more attention to detail, especially in the bathroom. Valet parking was convenient but came at a steep price. It would have been nice to have the option for self-parking at a lower cost.

The lobby ambiance with live music was a welcoming touch. The pool provided a nice spot to relax after a day of exploration.
The hotel fell short in cleanliness and maintenance. Issues like stained rugs, broken blinds, and unclean pool water detracted from the overall experience.

I chose Holiday Inn Express for its convenient location near downtown Nashville, allowing easy access to the Patsy Cline Museum and other landmarks. The complimentary Express Start Breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a variety of hot and cold options to start the day.
Pricey parking.

I embraced the country vibe exploring legendary music venues. Bedside outlets and a quiet room gave me solid shut-eye.
Enjoyed hearing my neighbor snore and the continuous beep from the outlet.

holiday inn express in this location was remarkable. the front desk staff, especially valeri, provided exceptional service. the location was perfect, close to all the important spots. the little 'add-ons' like baskets of apples, lemonade, and cookies in the afternoon, as well as live entertainment in the late afternoon, made the experience so much more positive. the beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. it was fairly close to the stadium, as shown on the map. the happy hour food was nice.
For us, it was ideal 😊

The Holiday Inn Express Nashville-Downtown Conference Center offers a fantastic stay with comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. The location is perfect, allowing easy walking access to all the attractions and close proximity to the Arena for concerts. The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional, going above and beyond to cater to guests' needs and provide a delightful experience.
The lack of a shuttle service can be a drawback, especially for guests needing to travel south of the freeway.
